Try something peachy fancy and not really fancy.
I have here ;
1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
2 Peaches Cut/sliced
4 Pork chops (These are sold in servings)
2 Tablespoons olive oil /Butter
1 tablespoon honey
salt and black pepper for seasoning.
Pre-heat oven to 400 F/200C.
Season the pork and place in your baking dish. Inn a bowl mix together the olive oil OR melted butter, balsamic vinegar, honey and Pour over the pork chops. Place the Rosemary and Peaches on top of the Pork chops.
Place in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes.
Roast potatoes to serve .
