Peachy Pork Chops

Try something peachy fancy and not really fancy.

I have here ;

1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar

2 Peaches Cut/sliced

4 Pork chops (These are sold in servings)

2 Tablespoons olive oil /Butter

Fresh Rosemary

1 tablespoon honey

salt and black pepper for seasoning.

DIRECTIONS:

Pre-heat oven to 400 F/200C.

Season the pork and place in your baking dish. Inn a bowl mix together the olive oil Β OR melted butter, balsamic vinegar, honey and Pour over the pork chops. Place the Rosemary and Peaches on top of the Pork chops.

Place in the oven to bake for Β 25-30 minutes.

Roast potatoes to serve .
