I call this  cocopine smoothie because back in school we had this coconut pineapple juice that was cocopine and tasted amazing! I guess pineapple and coconut were meant to be. These are 5 ingredients that come together so perfectly! While you can use any other kind of milk to make this smoothie, you get the best taste and smell from using coconut milk. I wold advise against using store bought juice because one cannot guarantee the sugar content, I just squeeze fresh juice.

So here is what you need to make this bomb smoothie;

  • 1 cup Clementines or Tangerines Juice
  • 1 cup chopped pineapples
  • 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut (of course you can use fresh coconut flesh if you have)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 medium banana

Juice the clementines/tangerines.

Pour the juice in a blender along with all the other ingredients and blend until smooth.

You can make it heavy by freezing the pineapples if you want to serve it in a bowl as a smoothie bowl.
