  • 2 lobster tails
  • 4 croissants
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomato
  • Sliced avocado (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
