Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup diced pickled jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup diced fresh jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
  • Add mayonnaise, sour cream, pickled jalapeños, fresh jalapeños, red bell pepper, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or fewer jalapeños based on your preference. Serve the Kenai Jalapeño Cheese Dip with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced vegetables for a delightful appetizer.
