There is so many different ways to make this drink.
Method 1:
Boil the chopped ginger and lemon juice in water. Sieve and sweeten with Honey.
Method 2:
Chop the ginger. Peel and de-seed the lemon. Blend in some water. Add this to boiling water, sieve out chunks and sweeten with honey.
Method 3: Making Iced Lemon Ginger & Honey
Starting out with the second method, but this time sieve the puree and pour into glass, add some ice cubed and fill with cold water. Sweeten with honey.
To give you an idea of the amounts for 1 Mason jar, I use one finger of ginger, 1 lemon and 2 tablespoons of Honey. You can adjust the honey per your preferred sweetness.
