Ingredients
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
2 cloves garlic, mincedSalt and pepper to taste
4 hoagie rolls
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup marinara sauce
Additional Parmesan for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, combine chopped artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, chopped basil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Cut the hoagie rolls in half and place them on a baking sheet.
Brush the inside of each roll with melted butter.
Spoon the artichoke mixture onto the bottom half of each roll.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the sandwiches are hot and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
While the sandwiches are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Once the sandwiches are done, remove them from the oven and spoon a generous amount of marinara sauce over the artichoke mixture.
Place the top half of the rolls on each sandwich.
Garnish with additional Parmesan if desired.
Serve hot and enjoy!

Customize the sandwich by adding your favorite toppings or serve with a side of mixed greens for a complete meal.
