Instructions

  • Roll up the turkey cutlets and secure with toothpicks.
  • Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear the turkey roll-ups until golden brown on all sides.
  • Pour turkey gravy over the roll-ups and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the turkey is cooked through.
  • Remove toothpicks before serving.
  • Drizzle cranberry sauce over the roll-ups before serving.
