  • 2 tablespoons truffle oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 brioche burger buns
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • Truffle aioli (optional)
  • Arugula or baby spinach for garnish
  • Sliced tomatoes and red onions for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the American Wagyu ground beef, truffle oil, salt, and black pepper. Gently mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Place the burger patties on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired level of doneness is reached.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each burger patty and allow it to melt.
  5. Toast the brioche burger buns on the grill until lightly golden brown.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing a burger patty on each bun bottom. Top with truffle aioli (if using), arugula or spinach, sliced tomatoes, and red onions. Place the bun tops on top of the burgers and serve immediately.
