Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste1 pound seafood (shrimp, scallops, or your choice)

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, minced garlic, lemon zest, orange zest, chopped parsley, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the seafood in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.
  • Pour the marinade over the seafood, making sure it is well-coated.
  • Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate, or overnight for more flavor.
  • Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Thread seafood onto skewers if desired.
  • Grill seafood for 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, you can add a splash of white wine to the marinade. Adjust salt and pepper according to your taste preferences. This marinade works well with a variety of seafood, so feel free to mix and match your favorites!
