Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
  • Whipped cream (optional, for serving)

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine flour, eggs, milk, salt, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth. Allow the batter to rest for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the center of the skillet, swirling it around to coat the bottom evenly. Cook for about 1-2 minutes or until the edges start to lift, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  • Once the crepes are cooked, fill each with sliced strawberries and bananas. Roll or fold the crepes and place them on a serving plate.
  • Dust the crepes with powdered sugar and, if desired, top with whipped cream.
