Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds, toasted
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Stir in the instant coffee granules until well combined.Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it into an even layer.
  • In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave.
  • Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the dark chocolate layer.
  • Using a toothpick or skewer, swirl the two chocolates together to create a marbled effect.
  • Sprinkle the chopped almonds, dried cranberries, and shredded coconut evenly over the chocolate.
  • Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let it set for at least 1-2 hours or until firm.
  • Once set, break the bark into pieces.
