Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk and let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add sugar, melted butter, salt, eggs, and flour to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the dough and roll it out into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
