These peanut butter pancakes aren’t your average peanut butter pancakes, these pancakes are so high in protein, I couldn’t tell what percentage, but it has peanuts, sunflower seeds, milk, chia seeds and eggs well one egg for one batch. But you can see what I mean. And they are so delicious, sweetened with honey and made with half oat flour and half all-purpose flour. So good!
I have been testing some chia seeds pancakes lately and these get thumbs up so you get the recipe. If you aren’t aware chia seeds are so healthy, they are actually one of the super foods. They are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which is something I know is good for me because when I had acne the Dermatology had me take these omega 3 tablets.

I haven’t really cooked with them before until I recently (out of boredom) read the back of the package and it listed a few things you can do with them and finally there was note {OR SIMPLY BE CREATIVE}, well challenge accepted package. We are now having chia seeds debut in pancakes, who knows what next, chia beef casserole? Mhe we’ll see.
